Our stay started off on a high note with a quick and easy check-in, and we were thrilled that our villa was ready early. The unit was bright and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. However, we later found the room smaller than expected, not fully equipped, and had some maintenance issues. While the resort did offer some engaging family activities and was relatively clean, our experience was marred by a few frustrating moments, which makes returning a tough decision.
